4. Cookies and tracking technologies
No analytics cookie is set before your explicit consent. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline, and declining is just as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time using the "🍪 Cookies" button at the bottom of each page.
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function — remembering your consent choice, for example — are set without consent, as the law allows.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is only disclosed to providers necessary to operate the site (hosting, analytics), and only to the extent required. No information is shared with other breeders.
6. Hosting and place of processing
This site is hosted on a server located in Canada. If a provider were to process your information outside Quebec, we would first complete the privacy factor assessment required by Law 25.
7. Your rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting an ongoing request.
- Deletion — request deletion of information whose purpose has been fulfilled.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Complaint — file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information if our response does not satisfy you.
We respond to every request within 30 days.
8. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to requests received is limited to the two people who run the kennel. In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we would notify the individuals concerned as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.
9. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with a revised update date.
